Cabuz is looking for a dynamic, competent, awesome professional who is looking for an opportunity to make a big difference for a new start-up in Huntsville, AL. This person will report to CEO directly in support of admin responsibilities.

Duties Include:

  • Prepare reports on market including pricing, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities for Cabuz and our customers related to Cabuz.
  • Provide public representation of Cabuz in presentations, meetings and conferences.
  • Communicate to customers regarding support, updates, promotions, and the like.
  • Create content for marketing/branding purposes.
  • Monitoring social media presences across appropriate platforms
  • Coordinate effectively between CEO, technical support team, and customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Competent computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and collaboration tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times.
  • Dedicated to customer service, quality, and team building.
  • Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented

  • Accounting/Financial Skills,
  • Excel Macros
  • Programing using JAVA


  • AS or BS/BA

Special Requirements:
